车载移动破碎站工作原理

　　物料经给料机均匀输送到破碎机内，鄂式破碎机作初步破碎后，通过圆振动筛构成闭路系统，实现物料的循环破碎，成品物料由输送机输出，进行连续破碎作业。轮胎颚破移动破碎站可以根据实际生产需要去除圆振动筛，实现对物料直接进行初步破碎，与其他破碎设备配套使用操作方便、灵活。

一、振动给料机

本机是利用振动原理进行给料的设备。具有给料均匀，安全，节省人工，提高产量，保证破碎设备不受损坏，寿命延长之功能。

二、颚式破碎机

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如玄武岩、花岗岩等，先用颚式破碎机进行一级破碎。然后进入锤式破碎机进行二级破碎。

三、锤式破碎机

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如石灰石、磷矿石等可由给料机直接进入锤式破碎机进行破碎。

四、筛分设备

筛分设备将破碎后的材料自动进行分级筛选，根据地形可选用YK型圆振动筛或平面往复筛。
